Exchange Policy
We offer one free exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
First exchange: Free
Second exchange: SAR 20
Exchange Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The invoice must be attached.
Tags and security seals must not be removed.
Orders cannot be canceled once they reach the “Ready” status.
Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return Fees:
Processing fee: SAR 35
The customer bears the return shipping fees.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
In case of free shipping, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Notes:
Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return.
The refund will be processed after the shipment is handed over to the shipping company within 2–14 business days.
